Those taking part:
Richard Bushby is a research professor in the School
of Chemistry at the University of Leeds. He is also a
beekeeper.
Ellen Teague is a London-based freelance Catholic
journalist who writes and campaigns on Justice, Peace and
Ecology issues. She is a member of the JPIC team of the
Columbian Missionary Society in Britain and edits their
newsletter, Vocation for Justice.
Stuart Egginton is a professor of Cardiovascular,
Sports & Exercise Sciences at the University of Leeds.
He travels regularly to Antartica.
Tim Bevan is the farm business advisor for the Soil
Association. He has a long history of livestock farming
and gained his love of farming from his father in the
Black Mountains of Wales. He spent 14 years as Farm
Manager at the National Botanic Garden of Wales where
under his stewardship the farm became the first site in
Wales to become a working farm and a National Nature
Reserve. He has taught at agricultural colleges in
England and Wales
Phil Stone is the warden of Scargill House
Peter Woods is an environmentalist who pioneered
the Juniper Project in North Yorkshire
James Bell is Bishop of Ripon
Alison Skinner is a member of Global Justice Now
