An opportunity to join a highly unusual pilgrimage ‘with a difference’ to the Holy Land. This visit is designed to allow time to enjoy the land, the context, the people and some of the holy sites. Journeying on foot through locations and landscapes both familiar and ‘off the beaten track’ with a few spectacular hikes, and staying in small Guesthouses, we shall meet with local Christians and ‘feel’ at first hand the contemporary realities of life in the West Bank and in Israel; whilst re-connecting with some of the key pilgrim locations at a more leisurely pace than is usually possible. This promises to be a formative, moving and very special experience, whether or not you have previously travelled to the Holy Land.
